Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities Supervisor / Foreman with expertise in sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main installations and replacements. This role includes overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities Supervisor / Foreman with expertise in sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main installations and replacements. This role includes overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
- Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure safe working conditions, including proper underground safety equipment.
- Document project progress and changes using electronic devices.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, heavy highway work, and underground utilities (sanitary and storm sewers, water mains).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to work in active traffic zones and various soil conditions.
- Knowledge of trench safety and utility locating.
- Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time position with competitive benefits.
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Union affiliation (Local 18 or Local 860) may be available if not already a member.
- In-person interview required.
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Willowick, OH.
